After an exhaustive search we picked BKS and we feel fortunate we found them, by fluke really. I had always dreamed of having a HGTV experience where design help is available as I did not have a complete vision. That is exactly what happened. Bryan was able to interpret what little I could convey, pulled together options for us and the outcome is spectacular. We cannot believe how it turned out. They are laser focused on the work at hand. They are meticulous and clean up every day before leaving. Everything was perfect and we could not be any more pleased. STOP!! LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! Do not investigate anyone else! This is the contractor to use! Bryan was more then transparent during my entire remodeling! ……and the project date was completed as promised! He answered my calls, text, followed thru, did extra upgrades “just to do”. The quality of the work is above and beyond. My condo unit is in Cape Coral and I live in Littleton, CO. Had full trust with entire crew! The completion was more then I could ever imagine!
